The agreement between you and this site: accounts, what you may post, paid packages, and the limits of our responsibility.

Last reviewed 16 September 2026. Written for this site as it actually works — if something here does not match what the product does, tell us: dev-email@wpengine.local.

Your account

You need an account to build a profile, and the details you give must be true and yours. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has it.

One person, one account. An account cannot be sold, shared or transferred.

What you may do here

Use the site for its purpose: finding work, hiring for it, and presenting your own history honestly. Do not:

  • claim qualifications, employers, dates or results you do not have;
  • post a job that is not a real, currently open paid or unpaid role with a named organisation;
  • ask a candidate for money, a deposit, equipment purchase, training fee or payment of any kind as a condition of a job;
  • post anything discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, or that excludes people on the basis of caste, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, age, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation or HIV status;
  • copy another person's CV or profile, or impersonate a person or company;
  • scrape the site, automate accounts, or resell access to it;
  • upload malware or try to break into any part of the service.

Content you publish

Your CV, profile and job posts stay yours. You give this site permission to store them and show them to the people the feature requires — your public page to anyone with the link, and a job application's attached CV to the employer you applied to.

We may remove anything that breaks these terms, and may close an account that repeatedly does. Where a post is removed we say why.

Paid packages

Packages add limits and features; the current price and the full comparison are on your plan page before you pay. A package bought by card runs for the period shown and then ends on its own — it does not renew by itself, and you are not charged again unless you buy again.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is taken twice, write to us with the reference and we will put it right: refund the duplicate, or restore the package. A package assigned to you by the site owner, as part of an arrangement, follows whatever was agreed with them.

Availability and changes

The service is offered as it is. Features change, and limits and prices may change; none of that changes what you already paid for. Maintenance, upgrades or a fault can make the site unavailable for a while, and we are not liable for losses that causes.

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last were, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Nepal have jurisdiction. If you use the site from elsewhere, local consumer law that gives you stronger rights still applies to you.
