There are three ways to pay, and all of them end in the same place: an order on your account, and an email when it is active.
PayPal
- Choose the period — a month or a year — and press Pay with PayPal.
- Approve the payment on PayPal and come back. The site captures it server-side and switches the package on immediately, before the page even renders.
- You are sent a receipt email with the order id.
Card details never touch this site. Nothing is charged if you close the PayPal window before approving.
eSewa and Khalti
- Send the amount shown to the wallet number on the plan page. Put your Suruwat username in the remarks — it is what lets the payment be matched to your account.
- Come back and submit the transaction id from the SMS, plus any note.
- The site owner confirms it, usually within a working day. The package switches on then, and you get the email.
Want to pay another way?
Choose Talk to us first, say what you would like to do, and the owner will arrange it with you — a bank transfer, a shop payment, a receipt for an organisation. That order waits for a human in exactly the same way.
Your receipts
Your plan page lists every order: the amount, the method, how long it bought, the reference or the PayPal capture id, and where it stands. That list is your receipt history, and the activation email is your VAT-style document if you need one for an employer or a college.
Nothing arrived?
If money left your account and the plan has not switched on within a working day, write to the support address on this site with the transaction id and your username. Do not send a payment twice.
