The career coach answers questions about your career using your own profile: what to fix first, how to phrase a bullet, what to say about a gap, which of two roles fits what you have written down.

What it will not do

  • Invent experience. If you have no project in a technology, it will tell you that instead of writing a paragraph pretending otherwise.
  • Promise outcomes. It cannot know whether an employer will reply.
  • Give legal, medical or financial advice. It is a career tool.

The AI upgrade

The coach works without any external service: it reads your profile and answers from a written set of rules. The AI upgrade — included in Pro — hands the harder free-text questions to an AI provider the site owner configures, which is better at unusual wording and at drafting prose. Both coaches see exactly the same profile, and neither one is allowed to add a fact that is not in it.

Getting a useful answer

  • Name the thing. “Rewrite my Pasal bullet for a backend role” beats “improve my CV”.
  • Paste the posting, or the paragraph you are unhappy with.
  • Ask one question at a time, and tell it when the answer missed.

If the coach suggests a change, make it in Career Profile — the coach changes nothing for you, which is deliberate: you should know every line of your own CV.
