Every role on the jobs board has its own page, and the page has an Apply button. Applying sends the CV version you choose, plus anything you type in the note, and records it in your Applications tracker. You need an account; reading the board does not.
What the employer receives
- Your name, headline and location from your career profile.
- The CV version you attached, as the employer’s side of the site renders it.
- The link to your public page, so they can see the projects and the proof without asking.
- Your note, if you wrote one.
The tracker
Applications keeps one row per role: what you sent, when, and where it stands — sent, replied, interview, closed. Move a row as things happen; the point of a tracker is that you can stop wondering whether you followed up.
Messaging
Once you have applied, you and the employer can message each other on Suruwat. Messages stay on the site with the application, so nobody has to hunt through old email, and the employer is told when you write. If a conversation moves off the site, keep the CV link and the role title in the thread — it is the record that helps if something goes wrong.
Follow up
Give it a week. One short, polite message after an application is normal and welcome; three in two days is not. If a role closes without a reply, that is usually the employer, not you — apply to the next one.
